This training positions you at advantage to achieve higher in any context, and in any part of the world - be it at a business lunch, a science conference, a sports tournament, a negotiating round, a state ceremony or visit, an international conference or just an evening out at a restaurant with friends.
OUR STORY
How It All Began
The instincts that triggered the founding of HSP may well be said to have been nurtured in the African countryside where the typical mother would often say, “It’s not only about intelligence, books and expertise; it’s as much how you treat and interact with others that makes a way for you.”
For Shuvai Wutawunashe, exciting times came in the 1980s. Her family got to travel and live in different parts of the world on thirty four years of diplomatic assignment during which they interacted with every conceivable level of society, enterprise and success. The life-lessons from her parents kicked in to complement the extensive diplomatic training they got, and the wisdom they learnt on the way. She is compelled to share those nuggets with everyone who wants to make a mark and perform outstandingly in what they do.

Mme. Shuvai Wutawunashe
MD
Mme. Shuvai Wutawunashe is excited about the Harare School of Protocol Workshop Program, which she runs. She is convinced that Protocol, Etiquette and Diplomacy are no longer the preserve of professional diplomats, but are critical skills that everyone needs to build effective work relationships, enhance communication and engagement, not just with world governments and civil servants, but also with business partners, colleagues and clients.
The Harare School of Protocol Workshops equip participants to reach their objectives and to be great ambassadors of their organizations and institutions in any area and anywhere in the world, be it in the Public Sector, the Private Sector, Security Agencies or Academia.
Mme Wutawunashe amassed a wealth of experience in Protocol, Etiquette and Diplomacy while on just about three decades of diplomatic assignment on five continents, and also as a civil servant, an NGO worker, a community development worker, a certified teacher, a church administrator, a television producer and presenter, and a singer/songwriter of note in her country Zimbabwe.
